Tour to past

Sea glass, stones, gemstones

Take a ride with someone, imagine that You have a 5 minute conversation with someone to take a little tour to see some memories with , what would You like to ask them? You are starting to walk and showing them one of the most interesting lessons, most funny moments, or something according to a mood that is alive in the air. It all depends on where talking will take You. Of course there might be a rush, but how about hearing a story from someone who has been in 50 countries, that kind of person without a doubt might have something interesting to say.

- What do You like about traveling ?

- Cultures, and see how people live.

-What do You find there?

-Traditions, ways of living, simplicity and complex relations with land, communities, nature.

-What was Your favorite?

From there You have a way to a highway, where You interact with explorers of foreign ways of living, and values that are cultivated in different parts of earth. Reporter, photographer will be seeing the world from a different perspective than just work. It is a way of life for them to look for inspiration and pass on what they have learned. Eyes that saw bazaars of the middle east, plantations of coffee in south america, streets of cities that have their own culture. Someone who was with native americans, spent some time with aborigines, or inuits. Wrote horse back in the steppes of Mongolia or seen and heard whales.

You never know unless You ask.

Of course that might seem more interesting to a person when you hear that kind of advertisement, and going for a tour to pass with that person, might be really developing, but You will never know until You ask.

From small talk, through middle talk to big talk.

You can ask hey how are You, You can ask what can I get You. But from experience I can say that the real fun begins when after that question I ask for more. It is a matter of curiosity that led me to hearing many stories that changed my point of view, of course they were less common but all of them are worth it. If a coffee shop was a place on the beach where footsteps are washed away by waves Iā€™m in a certain place where I just wait what ocean brings to me and when other people step in to buy for coffee, I like to just see what kind of values they carry inside.

Many stories are like sea glass in all kinds of colors polished by the water in all kinds of shapes, with little flashbacks of the past. Like moments with children, grandparents, or any beloved ones, in  homes, mountains, cities, school or work, that have beauty in them, that are not admired by everyone. That is what comes first, but when You get to a middle talk You are getting more and more deep insights over this.

When You have a big talk, that is not based on ego, it is a gemstone that someone showed to me, told me about the origins of it, and the whole story that is connected to it. I appreciate it all. There is a lesson in every memory, not without a reason they come back to us, or we keep some of them dearly to ourselves, not sharing with others. Some are only for family, some are only for friends.

The most humble people have the most beautiful stories to tell.

Real beauty doesn't ask for attention.
