From a shadow of a man

Reflection over state of mind

When You ask a question:

Why does my life look like this ?

It is because You experience the consequences of Your actions. That is one of the definitions of karma.

“Karma” literally means “Action”

You can take new actions that will lead You to new consequences. Intentional living is caused by reflections. Once You think about what you would like to experience, Your life becomes easier because You know where You want to get, and to find inner peace it will be easier to take intentional actions to focus on Your mental health. Do You see Your body as bike that will take You anywhere or a trash container ?

I was studying psychology, but I didn't finish it. I can find many explanations why, to keep it as short as possible, I just was not able to see myself as one. What I really wanted to do was contemplate my state of mind and understand myself.

I’ve been in many funny situations in my life, I’ve learned a lot from them, and they lead me to many lessons. The phrase that would fit perfectly is that we think too much and feel too little. Once upon a time, when I was not feeling too much, and I was overthinking every single thing that happened to me, I was feeling like everybody was laughing at me, and I was making a victim out of myself. It was not the best state of mind that I was in, but to describe it I will need more pages.

To cheer you up a little bit, I can say with clear confidence that I’ve achieved everything in my personality that I wanted to develop. Now I’m going for another step and I want to share my story with You, to hopefully inspire You to take actions that will lead You to embracing Your lights and shadows and becoming a version of Yourself, that You want to be.

And the steps are really easy

  1. Understand who You are

  2. Be aware

  3. Choose what do You want to believe in

I believed that I’m a victim for a long period of my life. I understood that I can change, and then things I needed to be aware of came - the most important one - to believe in myself.

If You want to join me on my journey, my transformative moments and facing life’s challenges, You are most welcome to do so.
